International Deliveries

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that does not fit or has a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange service subject to the following conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
Items may be exchanged if:
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Size Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Exchange Process

Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by repX Pakistan, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.
- For size changes or customer preference exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the exchange process outlined above.
