Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Pakistan Deliveries:

Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order details and will be displayed at checkout. From time to time, repX may offer promotional free-shipping offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where applicable. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, phone number, city, and address. repX Pakistan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery is delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will assist in coordinating with the courier. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and charges depend on the destination country. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local courier procedures. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our Exchange Policy.
