Standard orders
Order before 2 PM and get your parcel in the next 48 hours at your door (all in-stock products).
Custom orders
Custom-made products may take up to 2 weeks for production and delivery.
International orders
Delivery within 3 weeks depending on destination, customs, and local couriers.

Tracking FAQ
I have not received a tracking ID yet
Order before 2 PM and get your parcel in the next 48 hours at your door. If it has been longer than that, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will check it for you straight away.
Can I change my address or phone number?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are possible until the parcel has been dispatched.
My parcel is taking longer than expected
Courier delays can happen during sales or bad weather. If your parcel is outside the expected delivery window, let us know and we will follow up with the courier.
Do I pay anything at delivery?
For Cash on Delivery orders, you pay the courier the order amount shown on your confirmation when the parcel arrives. There are no extra charges.
